Jordan Bentley is a 2014 Culver City High School graduate who has found success in his streetwear brand known as Hypland. Bentley recently visited CCHS to speak to a group of students in the College & Career Center.
Inspired by popular brands such as Supreme, Bentley began his company in middle school when his mom would drive him to deliver pieces of clothing to customers. Since then, Hypland has constantly expanded in popularity and grown into a brand that’s recognized worldwide. Hypland’s Instagram account has amassed thousands of followers, and celebrity rappers Lil Pump and Offset have been seen wearing the brand. Bentley stresses that one of the primary goals of his brand is to embrace the diverse and unique aspects of all cultures, and aims to make his clothing appeal to all types of people.
