Nicholas Hoang has been a vital part of this year's team and has been one of the most exciting players to watch on the field this season. “He is leading the offense, and he is putting himself in the conversation as being one of the best quarterbacks in Southern California. If he continues playing at an elite level, he will go down as one of the best in Culver City history,” said head coach Jamal Wright when asked about Hoang's season so far. Hoang has some of the most impressive statistics in the state with over 2,000 total yards and 22 total touchdowns in just 5 games.
After the departure of Division 1 linebacker Jordan Njoku to the University of Nevada Las Vegas, the defense had big shoes to fill. So far, it has been Junior Jacob Crespin who has stepped up, leading the team with 56 total tackles. In the secondary, defensive back Kayden Holten has 2 interceptions, the most on the team and second most in Southern Section Division 4.
After finishing 4-6 in the Bay League last season Culver City looks for a fresh start in the Pioneer League in 2026.
