On September 19, Culver City High School held its beginning-of-the-year Club Fair, transforming the main grass area down the steps from the Peace Garden into vibrant booths spread across the lawn. The event, designed to introduce students to the wide variety of clubs available on campus, attracted both returning and new students interested in joining extracurricular activities.
Tables and booths represented CCHS’s many clubs, with club leaders and members showcasing their achievements and goals. From cultural and religious organizations to clubs focused on games, TV shows, books, and movies, there was something for everyone. Each club aimed to attract new members by promoting its mission and accomplishments.
Many clubs focused on highlighting their past achievements in hopes of recruiting new students. The fair also provided an opportunity for students to find groups that aligned with their interests and hobbies.
CCHS’s Fall 2024 Club Fair was a success, bringing together students from all grade levels to explore the wide range of extracurricular activities the school has to offer. With clubs representing diverse interests, the event emphasized CCHS’s commitment to fostering community, diversity, and student involvement. As new members join and returning clubs continue to grow, the fair sets the stage for another exciting year at CCHS.
